The Aims and Objectives of the Trust are to benefit the parishioners of Harpole, Northamptonshire to relieve those in needy circumstances by reason of financial hardship or health, social or economic circumstances and to advance education and improved educational facilities especially for children and young people.

People eligible to apply to the charity are as follows:

• Residents of 65 and over of ‘needy circumstances' and other persons who may wish to be considered for assistance by the Trustees – all having lived in the Parish of Harpole for not less than 7 years.
• These terms are to enable the Trustees to ‘answer the intents and purposes of the DONORS’. (See the Charity Notice Boards inside the Parish Church).
• Each applicant will be asked to reapply annually and if his/her circumstances change during this time the Trustees would be grateful if they could be advised.
• Charity procedures mean we need confirmation of any payments made to the applicants.
